Weather Update: Jammu and Kashmir to Experience Dry and Cloudy Weather This Week
Srinagar, Jan 8: The Meteorological Centre in Srinagar has issued a weather forecast for Jammu and Kashmir, predicting a mix of dry and cloudy weather conditions for the week.
According to the forecast, January 8-10 is expected to be generally dry with cloudy skies during the evening and night of January 10.
On January 11, the weather is expected to turn cloudy with light rain predicted in the plains of Jammu and light snow at isolated higher reaches of both Jammu and Kashmir divisions.
The weather is expected to remain dry again from January 12-14, followed by generally cloudy conditions with light snow at isolated to scattered places on January 15-16.

The Meteorological Centre has also issued an advisory, warning of cold waves at isolated places. Tourists, travelers, and transporters have been advised to follow the administration and traffic advisory to ensure safe travel.
