Weather Update: Cold Wave to Grip J&K, Tourists Advised to Follow Admin Advisory
Srinagar, Dec 14: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has predicted a cold wave over many stations in Jammu and Kashmir during the next three days.
According to the forecast, the weather is expected to remain generally dry on December 14, followed by generally cloudy weather on December 15.
The weather will remain generally dry from December 16-18, with generally cloudy weather and mainly dry conditions predicted from December 19-21.
The MET Centre has also issued an advisory, warning of a cold wave over many stations during the next three days.
In view of fresh snowfall, sub-freezing temperatures, and icy conditions over roads of important passes and higher reaches, tourists, travelers, and transporters have been advised to follow administrative and traffic advisories. (ANR)
