Anantnag-Sinthan Pass-Kishtwar Road Reopens, Traffic Allowed with Restrictions

Anantnag, Dec 13: (ANR) The National Highway 244, connecting Anantnag to Sinthan Pass and Kishtwar, has been cleared of snow and is open for traffic, officials said on Wednesday.
According to the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL Officials ) , traffic will be allowed to ply on the highway from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM today.
However, there are certain restrictions in place. Only Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) with chained tires will be permitted to travel on the highway.
Commuters are advised to exercise caution while driving on the highway, as the road is slippery in several places. Drivers are advised to drive slowly and carefully to avoid any accidents.
The NHIDCL has urged commuters to follow the guidelines and restrictions in place to ensure their safety on the highway.(ANR
