Dry and Cold Spell to Continue in Jammu & Kashmir, Brief Snowfall Possible in Higher Reaches

Srinagar Dec 11 (ANR) : The Meteorological Centre in Srinagar has issued a weather update for Jammu and Kashmir, predicting dry and cold weather conditions to continue for the next few days. The update as per *Anantnag News Reader* states that:

Current Weather: Mainly clear skies are reported across most parts of the region.

Forecast: The dry and cold spell is likely to persist until December 20th, with a possibility of very light snowfall at isolated higher reaches of north and northeastern Kashmir Division on the night of December 16th.

Fog: Shallow to moderate fog is expected to continue at many places in Kashmir Division.

Qazigund – 3.4°C

Pahalgam – 4.7°C

Kupwara – 4.0°C

Kokernag – 2.4°C

Gulmarg – 3.6°C
