Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh students to benefit from new standardized curriculum
Srinagar Nov 01 (ANR) : The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has introduced a significant change in the academic landscape of the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Starting from the academic session 2023-24, students seeking admission to Higher Secondary Part I, commonly known as Class 11th, will follow a revised scheme of studies. This newly devised curriculum not only adheres to national standards but also aligns with undergraduate courses offered by various universities across these regions.

The decision to update the combination of subjects at the +2 stage has been made with the aim of providing students with a more comprehensive and standardized education. This move is expected to help students make more informed choices in their academic pursuits and career paths.
